Clara Daughtridge
Most of life’s choices happen by accident. My art career started by a neighbor pleading with me to take a drawing class. My artist journey began.
Painting classes at Wilson Community College with many professional instructors for thirteen years, then at Barton College for another thirteen years.
My mediums are oil, acrylic, pastels and water color. Portraits of horses, dogs and cats have made me smile for many years. I have been so blessed in this journey to explore my knowledge and emotions.
Life turns again, exploring abstract art. Now, I am an instructor at Wilson Community College teaching, “Color it Abstract.”
